When upgrading, everything is green with no errors. But when I login it shows I'm still using version 2.2.10. Now if that's just a bug, is there anywhere else I can check version that I'm using? I did this twice already and checked the modx install on different machines.
Steps I took:
- update 3rd party packages
- flush all sessions, log users out
- clear core/cache/
- merge 2.2.13 files into current modx location
- run setup (upgrade)
- clear browser data (I use incognito anyway)
The problem is NOT:
- permissions
- ownership
Thanks.

Chrome, even incognito windows has sticky cache sometimes. It can often take several forced refreshes before the JS is cleared and reloaded.
It's quite possible either the upload failed or the file merge failed. I'd recommend grabbing the 2.2.13 version fresh and reupload and rerun setup. You can verify the version by taking a look at the files indicated as changed in 2.2.13 here:

Is it that you're seeing the 2.2.10 showing up in the manager header? I have confirmed that the the files are correct in the 2.2.13 package so it's not that we missed that in the distribution.

If you haven't fixed it yet, one thing you might want to do is replace all files via FTP rather than doing a merge. I had an upgrade do the same thing one time and some files weren't properly overwritten.
