I'm currently stuck mid RC3:

(there were entirely too many breaking changes & substantial refactorings in 3 weeks that followed; and too little free time left for platform improvement)
What I have is solid enough to kickstart development version of a complex site with 3K+ resources, but I'm still trying to decide if quick catch-up is possible with the following questions:
1. any known issue with 1.0.13PL and hot-fixes on GitHub (branch develop seems quiet - where should we send patches now)?
2. any ETA of MODX Tracker to GitHub Issues migration?
