Video Tutorial: Create a blog in 5 minutes.

When you think about starting a weblog, you probably think about WordPress as one of the better options. Guess what? It's just as easy with MODX Revolution! In this tutorial I show you how.

We start with downloading the CMS installation files and work our way through the installation until we have a fully functional weblog including tags, archives and other items you would expect a weblog to have. All of this is included in the MODX Articles package and takes about 5 minutes to complete!

Looks great. There are actually quite a few of those scripts, even a few by me: http://kenters.com/weblog/2012/02/08/modx-revolution-install-update-remove-scripts

Because there is no guarantee these scripts will work on all servers, I decided to go with a plain installation for my tutorials.
