Web Signup email formatting

I'm finding that the Web Signup and Manager account Signup (in Configuration/User) is sending emails without any paragraph or line-breaks. i.e I usually register new web-users from the manager control panel using the option to send details by email. To format the mail correctly, I had to write it in html.

The Web Reminder email is formatted correctly when written as text. These reminders are sent automatically using webloginPE

I suspect this also occurs on earlier Evo versions.
