[MODX Revolution 2.2.13-pl] - Secure session cookies issues

I use revoSSL to work under HTTPS in the manager and it works great.

When I enable secure session cookies under system-> Session and Cookie, the snippet FormItRetriever will not render the result from the formIt snippet. However, when I disable secure session cookies again, I do get a formIt result.

Is this issue a snippet related issue, or what am I not seeing that I could/ should fix myself?

Tried reinstalling the formIt snippet just in case, but no luck.
I'm submitting a bug. I think this cannot be solved by the end-user.
