    I guess you'll have another manager user now. Check if and delete him.
    Did you check the log for other acivities? Maybe its only that list file.

    The upgrade of MODX does only close the door. It does not clean the site from bad files!

      Yes, we are reviewing with the client who is a valid manager user.
