Can't Download Extras/Packages

First, I tried from package management. Fail. Then, from Direct URL. Fail.

Yep, I can confirm that the extras site does seem a bit messed up at the moment.
When I search from http://modx.com/extras/ I get no results. Package manager in MODX itself medded up to. I get an alert window like the following (See attached).

Assuming it will be fixed pretty quick.
