Is it possible to use the below magic to come together with If or phx?

    [*tvfield-here:is=``:then=``:else=`<img src="[*tvfield-here*]" alt="pizza" />`*]
[[DocInfo? &docid=`1` &field=`tvfield-here`]]

By using Ditto its possible (need to have a container)

      [!Ditto?
&parents=`1`
&total=`1`
&showPublishedOnly=`0`
&orderBy=`menuindex ASC`
&noResults=``
&tpl=`mychunk`
!]

      mychunk
      [+tvfield-here:is=``:then=``:else=`<img src="[+tvfield-here+]" alt="pizza" />`+]
