Hi everyone, especially the tech support!
Recently I was asked by an active user of my addon to make it updated at MODX extras website.
I made an update request, but have no any reply for it.
My extra's URL is
http://modx.com/extras/package/filetranslit
Now it's page looks like

I tried to use a contact form on the site
http://modx.com/company/contact/
But have received an error: "Your account has been banned as a spammer. Sorry."

Could you find what is going wrong or ask someone to do it?

And I made some approved contributions to MODX core and some other modules e.g. wayfinder.
And it looks a little bit strange for me to be banned as a spammer on the MODX site. (:
