Really weird template issue

Hello guys, my first post here. I'm completely new with MODX and I'm desperate right now.

This all started when I've updated from 2.2.11 to 2.2.12.

When I edit any of my templates, the following happens:

• All changes are written in DB
• All changes are displayed on my site
• But editor load OLD version of the template, WITHOUT any changes

I've tried googling this, and really haven't found anything that would help me.
Please, any ideas what can I do?
I'm really desperate and lost, because I have no idea what is broken.

Okay it's actaully not only templates, I've tried editing a resource now and it's the same problem.

Did you run Setup after installing the files?

Try deleting all files in the core/cache directory and clearing your browser cache and cookies.

Of course I did, I'm not that new
I've cleared core/cache. Didn't help.
I've tried everything from restarting browser, cleaning cache and cookies, to restarting my WAMP and Windows. Nothing.

Upd: one more issue.
When I log off from management interface and go back to modx/manager, instead of a normal login page I get a manager page without css (because of 401 on css file).

Did you upload the unzipped files from your computer? Try uploading all of the /manager/ files again. It sounds like a file didn't get transferred properly. If possible, upload the whole MODX .zip file, unzip it on the server and move the files into place.

Yes, I've tried copying all the files again, it didn't help.

I've actually "fixed" it by doing a clean install and copying some tables (resources, templates, etc) from my old DB.

Something has gone wrong during the update from 2.2.11 to 2.2.12, but I have no idea what, because I've got no error messages and I've done everything according to guide and common sense.

Thanks for trying to help me though. I really enjoy MODX and hope that I won't run into the same problem in the future.
