TinyMCE not displayed on resources

Hi,

I tried to install TinyMCE several times but it does not install properly. It's not displayed on the resource pages. After installing I got this report:

Does anybody have an idea what goes wrong here?

The installation looks fine, it's skipping the vehicle objects because they already exist. That is fine because after installing that many times they of course, do.

In the settings tab of the resource, is Rich Text box checked?

In the system settings, did you check to see that tinyMCE is on for resources?

And also check the plugin to make sure it's enabled.

I reinstalled it and now I got a completely inconspicuous report. But the problem exists further on: there is no Rich Text checkbox displayed on the resource pages (yes, the Rich Text checkbox in the settings tab is checked). And yes, in the system settings TinyMCE is set at which_editor and use_editor has a YES. The plugin is enabled, too.

Ok, I found the solution in the German forum. It's probably a hoster problem (especially Strato and 1&1 in Germany). I translate the posting:

1) Package Management:
- uninstall TinyMCE (if installed)
- "Remove Package"

2) System-Settings (Core)
Insert two new settings:
Key: new_file_permissions , Value: 0644
Key: new_folder_permissions, Value: 0755

archive_with = Yes (not sure, if really necessary)

3) install TinyMCE
