Help with ModxTalks

Hi all,

I just did a clean install of ModX Revo 2.2.11 and installed ModxTalks. It looks like the perfect solution for this site because it's really a site for discussion.

Installation went fine. Adding a resource with comments went fine. Everything seems good. However, at first when you tried to add a comment, I got a message saying "Server not responding. Try again, or refresh the page." Well, that didn't work. So, I went in and turned off Ajax Update (I also did this because having it on killed my drop down menus). Then nothing happens when you hit reply.

It's just dead in the water.

I would love to see this work but not happening at this point.

Any help would be appreciated.

Probably not the help you're looking for but have you seen an Extra called Tickets?
Similar offering and may be worth a look if Talks doesn't work for you.

Thanks. I'll have to check it out. I ended up just installing Articles and using that. I didn't want to do the full blown blog and we are going to have other pages where we want commenting. So, I'll probably just put Quip calls on those pages.
