Problems after moving to a new server

Hi all

after moving a installation to an new server I get whenever I save a document this error message
"Cannot open file (../assets/cache//siteCache.idx.php)" in the manager.
Has anyone any idea what this could be and how I could solved. I have already tried to adjust the settings in "siteCache.idx.php"
manually but I still get this double slash in the url.

you need to set the rights to that folder and files to 777

then in the manager click the clear cache
