Hi, I am trying to move from ExpressionEngine to MODx and I am learning that system for 2 days and I am wondering how can I reference another resource and after that in a page to get the parent and a specific TV's of the child resources or vice versa - to get a list of specific fields of the parent (parent's) resources that reference to the same child.

Welcome to MODX. There's possibly a few ways to do this but the most widely used would be achieved by using an extra called getResources.
Basically, using getResources you would target a child page (or bunch of pages). Within a TPL (chunk), you would specify which Template Variables (TVs) you want to output.
There's lots of getResources properties you can use but skip to the examples for a very quick run through of some sample calls.
