MODx / eForm Customization Issue

Our call to eForm has the &to and &from users the same. Output from the form does not get sent to &to unless &to and &from are different users. Then it will get sent.

Does anyone know whether there may be incorrect or conflicting settings somewhere in the MODx or eForm customizations which can cause this?

I don't know where email defaults or possible mail server setup question are defined but are those places where I should be looking?

I didn't set up the CMS myself and it's possible, even likely, that a mistake or three were made in this area.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Only thing I can come up with is that the mailserver has a spamfilter and see it as spam.
If you can see the mail in the spamfolder you might be able to set it as a safe sender?

Thanks for your response. I don't think this is an issue where the sender isn't trusted. I can send from eForm to another mailbox from this sender, just not from the sender to itself.
