Hi,
We need our enduser to be able to upload a file without having to deal with the MODXbrowser. the file needs to be a TV for a resource so we can list all uploaded files, give them proper names etc.
We want a frontend page where the end user creates a resource, fills out some fields and adds the file to upload.
We are trying to use BobRay's Newspublisher for this.
For the file upload we haven't found a working solution yet can anyone help? we tried thes addons allready
1)FileUploadTV: in the manager it outputs a bunch of PHP but no file path, and in the newpublisher form there is no 'Browse' button
2)Simple File Upload TV: an addon that has several names (also 'tveasyupload'). in the manager the TV does not show up at all, and in the newspublisher form there is again no 'browse' button or 'select' button
3) a normal file inputTV: that sends the user tot the MODXbrowser we don't want that, the enduser must only pick a file from their own filesystem ad be done.
I know this sounds silly, but any other alternatives we could try?

Have you tried a simple File type TV in NewsPublisher, or multiple File TVs?
