Manager missing document tree, just says "undefined"

Hi,

I had a path issue with a modx website we created seem to fix it but when we log into the manager we just get the top menu and underneath "undefined" tried manually deleting the cache via FTP but no difference, any ideas?

Hi Brett,

- check all paths in the /core/config/config.inc.php file if they are correct and clear the cache again if you made any changes.

- Check your browser console for error logs. Are there any files not found?

- It might also be an issue with the minified files of the manager. You might try to disable the compress_js setting in the modx_system_settings table (directly in the database).

I hope one of this points fixes your problem.

Paths look fine, and turned of compress.js but no difference :-(

Im real confused on this, im not the most technical either which isn't great!
