Speed Up ModX???

Hello I found this article to speed up the ModX loading, looks like a good idea but I want to hear a professional opinion...

Developers or people with a deep knowledge about ModX, please can you tell me what do you think about this?:

THANK YOU!

Bit too techy for me, but looks as if it would load the server quite a bit, and probably mess up your analytics if I am reading it right that it is making your browser download every page on the site.
