I am attempting to point a sub-domain to a specific startpage.
Problem:
The resource I want is ID 26, but the drop-down only shows the first 20 items.
I deleted ID 17, and ID 21 showed up on the drop-down.
There are no System settings in the gatewaymanager section.
I do not seem to be able to find any reason for this behavior.
Is ModX limited to 20 page websites or am I missing something?
No MODX is not limited to 20-page websites. There is definitely a bug in Gateway Manager. It appears to only be displaying the first 10 resources from the web context, then the first 10 resources from the second context. Not understanding the context idea yet.
I created a new context, moved my startpage, temporarily, to it, changed the context on gateway manager to the new context and still get the first 20 items by ID in the drop down. Seems to ignore the context field on my set up.
I'll work around the issue for a while.
FYI. It is great to have a responsive forum. I hope the 'team' is as fast at fixing bugs.
Turns out it's a search field. Just start entering the name of the resource you want to use.
It's a search box. You can search pages just by starting to type.
Also; it's not necessary to select a start page when it's already configured as "site_start" in the context.
