Help! Sudden Error 503 Site temporarily unavailable message

Hi Guys,

I run a modx site here - http://men-usalon.co.uk/

But this morning we just get the above error message, I can access any sections or the manager, Ive tried manually deleting the cache in ftp, but not difference!

As far as we are aware nothing has been changed, any ideas??

Have you spoken with the hosting company?

If you are sure nothing has been changed from your end then the hosting company may have made some changes/updates/patches that have interfered or there could have been some unauthorised file changes.

You could restore a backup and if that doesn't work either then at least you know that it's not a file change that has caused it but more likely a server patch/update.

Trying a backup restore mas we speak....

Hmm restore hasn't worked!! Host says nothing has changed!!

Any other ideas?? I'm stumped :-(

maanager page has slightly different error message "site unavailable"

Could you tell us more about your hosting environment? It sounds like there could be a problem affecting your site.
