Revo 2.2.11 Manager Issue - 401 error for lang.js on Chrome/Firefox (not Safari)

This site is hosted at sky toaster, and so far is the only one I have encountered this on (checking other sites hosted elsewhere).

Upon login to the manager, the attached screen shot tells the story.


Safari 6.1.1 has NO issue with it.

Chrome 32.0 and Firefox 27.0 & 3.0 DO have an issue.

Revo 2.2.11, compress_css and compress_js are turned off.

Caches has been cleared both through the manager (in safari) as manually (brute force… deleting the contents of the directory on the server). No change.

Any clues to why this would be happening? May have been happening before upgrade to 2.2.11, not sure as it wasn't reported to me at that point.
