Form not redirecting to correct page

    I have a form and on submit I want it to go to page ID 12, so I have:
    <form id="homeform" action="[[~12]]" method="get" class="custom">


    I cannot get MODx to send me to page ID 12 to fetch results, it forwards me to the URL:
    http://website.com/modx/index.php?realestatetype=apartmentrent&price=-200


    Am I doing something stupid shocked?

      What is the value of the "action" property in your generated form?
