Id or parent in mm_rules

Is it possible to combine these 2 in one call?:

mm_rules:

if($content['parent'] == 10){stuff here}
if($id == 10){stuff here}

That should do it. I seem to always get my logic backwards when dealing with "and" and "or" conditions.
