"Fatal error: Call to undefined method synccache::buildCache()" on Manager page with Home Page blank

Hi,

All of a sudden yesterday our site (running 1.0.10) started to show a blank Home Page and the Manager Page displayed the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method synccache::buildCache() in /home/source/public_html/manager/includes/document.parser.class.inc.php on line 238

Any ideas how I can go about fixing it?

dunno, maybe the db server is updated or some other problem on that server?
maybe update modx will help?
