I'm having a hard time getting tvFilters to work in a getResources call. I am trying to grab the video embed code of just one random post held in a Tv. I will then apply getCache to change it randomly every day for a featured video in my site's footer. I simply can't get it to output anything:

&parents=`2`
&limit=`1`
&tpl=`featuredVideoFooter`
&tvFilters=`featureVideo==1`
&includeTVs=`1`
&processTvs=`1`
&showHidden=`1`
&sortby=`RAND()`
]]
"featureVideo" is a radio select tv to either allow or disallow the video embed code from a post to be included in the featured videos.

Shouldn't that tpl have something in it besides the value of the TV that determines whether or not to show a video?

Sorry I wasn't being clear, and I didn't name those Tv's well to begin with:
featureVideo: Radio tv to select if the content of tv postVideo should be shown
