My client produces a few bi-annual lists of people of interest for their magazine that I would like to replicate on their website in a simple, user-friendly way. Ideally, I'd like to use a MigX tv to create a table in a static resource with columns where the client can select a sorting designation for each person (e.g. industry, region, etc) and add an image and a brief bio (i feel this approach would be much better and cleaner than having to create hundreds of resources across several folders). Then, on the front-end, I would like the tv to output multiple select box drop-downs, where the user could filter the list of people by industry, region, etc. similar to jcombo

What would be the best way to proceed in this endeavor? Once the lists are populated, how do I have them output the filtered information (image, bio) onto the page? Still a little shaky w ModX and don't know JSON yet so a little hand-holding may be necessary. Thanks so much in advance for any insights.
