Summary and Page Title fields missing from Edit Resource?

Hi All,

I just logged into a Evo 1.0.5 account and have noticed that for whatever reason the Page Title, Long Title and Summary fields have disappeared when I go to edit a resource. Would anyone know why and how to fix this?

Check your ManagerManager chunk, it's possible that those were hidden for some reason.
