I have a strange error occurring that I've run out of ideas for.
When I create any plugin and then try and save the plugin with any system event checked within the 'system' group it does not save the plugin.
When it fires the plugin.php ajax it returns a 404! For example:
Running this returns a 404

I have reinstalled 2.2.10 and tested on another install of 2.2.10 on the same server which worked fine.
I have checked my access level which is admin, super user and that super users have permission to do everything.
There are no error messages...
Any ideas of where to look to solve this?
