Warning: Cannot modify header information

    Hello,
    I’m trying to upload a site but when I want to connect to the manager, I get the following errors:
    It seems that it is due to the char_set I’m using "utf8". It worked fine locally. Any help is greatly appreciated as I’m stuck right now.

      There is an error in your config.inc.php file. This file does not normally initiate any output. Check to make sure your connection charset is correct. It should be something like "utf8" or "latin1".

        The characterset is set to:
        $database_connection_charset = ’utf8’;

        I really don’t know why it doesn’t work
