how to make multi unique tables with xpdo?

Sql have simple syntax for create multi unique table, e.g.:

CREATE TABLE Customers 
          ( cnum       integer NOT NULL, 
            cname      char (10) NOT NULL, 
            city       char (10), 
            rating     integer, 
            snum       integer NOT NULL, 
            UNIQUE  (cnum, snum));

how can I write this in xpdo scheme?

i added lines in my object:


		<index alias="UNIQUE" name="UNIQUE" primary="false" unique="true" type="BTREE">
			<column key="game" collation="A" length="" null="false" />
			<column key="value" collation="A" length="" null="false" />
		</index>

and it work!
