Not sure if the two are related, I suspect not, but after upgrading I can't make changes to any of my templates any more. That is when I save them they don't get saved.
I can still create and edit content pages, just not templates.
I checked with my host and they said they were no server errors or security issues.
Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks

1. Make sure your browser cache and cookies for the domain are cleared.
2. Delete all the folders under the core/cache/ folder.
Are there any Javascript errors in your browser's console?
For some reason, having mismatched date/timezone settings (PHP, MySQL, MODX) seems to affect template saving.
SiteCheck will test this for you (along with a lot of other things) and gives advice on how to fix it:

Susan,
cleared the cache, deleted the cache folders, but made no difference.
Tried using a different browser but still no luck.
I can't see any errors in the console, but it's analysing the whole Modx admin panel so it's hard to see what's what.
Whatever it is, it appears to be random in that some templates and chunks I can save changes and others I can't.
TV's and snippets don't appear to be affected.

Ah ha, problem solved.
Was some sort of problem with the plugin SyntaxChecker.
There were a few error messages in the system log so I uninstalled it and now things are working.
Thanks everyone.
