Hi,
Is it possible for a user to log into the manager and only see his own page/resource that opens up wich he can edit and save.
So logging in without the tree on the left, without needing to go look for or open his page, ...
I work for a school and because every teacher has its own and only page they can edit, i was thinking if there is a way to login - here's your page you can edit - save - logout.
That would be clean and simple for the enduser.
Thanks in advance.
It's possible to do that, but you'd have to customize the heck out of the Manager. You might consider using NewsPublisher and having them log in in the front end.
In the NewsPublisher package, there's a snippet called NpEditThisButton that puts an edit button on the page to launch NewsPublisher for that page. You can use a snippet to only show that button if it's the users own page.
