Media Source not available in MIGx TV

Setting up a website for a client and trying to assign a media source for the client. Customizing the manager GUI.
It all works fine for the insert image in the content field. But there s no way to browse for an image from a TV.

The TV is setup according to Mark Hamstra s (lok en seine Mark) see here: https://www.markhamstra.com/modx/2012/04/managing-galleries-with-migx/ and the media source following this tut http://rtfm.modx.com/revolution/2.x/administering-your-site/media-sources/securing-a-media-source/creating-a-media-source-for-clients-tutorial. The admin user can upload an image fine, but the editor user I created has no option to do so, check the image. I hope someone knows a solution.
Btw all this on MODX 2.2

Is the Media Source assigned to any groups?

Thanks Susan, it was only half, figured out one of the issues, there s two tv s used, one for the MIGx grid and one for inserting the image. The latter one was not assigned to a group.
It s now letting me choose an image, however the path is wrong so no image showing. In media source i assigned as both path base url and base path, there s some folders in there, one is .In the source of the page images are rendered as copied here: . Not sure why assets/images is missing?
