the additional config-php-file needs to have the same name.
example from above:
core/components/artvoting/migxconfigs/artitems.config.inc.php
'artitems' is the name of the Configuration.
with the xxx.config.inc.php - file we can manipulate the configuration programmatically
In our case, we add a joins-configuraton, which does create a join to the votes-table to get the votes of the currently logged-in user with the getlist - processor
