I am using Evo 1.0.12 with the inbuilt IF (1.2) snippet.
I am trying to do a check on 3 different standard (eg non MultiTV) file TVs in the wrapper template of a MultiTV call:
If at least one of those tvs is not empty (eg has a file linked in the file field), then show this, else show that.
I think I might have my logic wrong because I can't quite get it to work.
This is the call I am testing with...
[[if? &is=`[*pdf-cat*]:!empty:or:[*pdf-install*]:!empty:or:[*pdf-tech*]:!empty` &then=`HAS CONTENT` &else=`definitely empty`]]
The results are as follows:
- If none of the 3 tvs have content, then "definitely empty" is output as expected (this looks to be working)
- If all 3 tvs have content, then "HAS CONTENT" is output as expected (this looks to be working)
- If any 2 of the tvs have content, then "HAS CONTENT" is output as expected (this looks to be working)
- If any 1 of [*pdf-install*] or [*pdf-tech*] has content, then "HAS CONTENT" is output as expected (this looks to be working)
- BUT for whatever reason - if [*pdf-cat*] (the first TV in the list) has content, then "definitely empty" is output (so something is not working with this).
Interestingly, these 3 solo test calls work as expected with or without content:
[[if? &is=`[*pdf-cat*]:!empty` &then=`cat` &else=`NO cat`]]
[[if? &is=`[*pdf-install*]:!empty` &then=`install` &else=`NO install`]]
[[if? &is=`[*pdf-tech*]:!empty` &then=`tech` &else=`NO tech`]]
Any ideas on where I am going wrong with the chained call?
