Resources not showing up to edit on right side

Recently installed version of modx Revo 2.2.10-pl. I've been working on building up the elements and today I was going to begin building the resources out, but every time I click to edit the home or create a new resource nothing shows up on the right side of the screen. I remember this happening on another server, I had, but can't remember how I was able to fix it. If anyone has any suggestions that would be helpful. Thanks.

When you open the console, do you see any failed requests or anything?

I would first try the simple things - completely clear the core/cache/ directory, and clear my browser cache and cookies for the domain. You also might want to check the site_content table in the database to see if it needs repairing.

I went ahead and cleared the core/cache directory manually. I also cleared my browser cache and cookies and even tried it on another browser same issue. I checked the site_content table and was able to find the default home page listed and saw no errors, but I'm not positive if the errors would be there. I do not see any errors in the logs.

On another note I noticed a small gray box in the upper right hand corner of the page. Please see the attached image. Thanks.

Try setting the compress_css and compress_js to No, or to 0 in the database if you have a problem with the System Settings in the Manager.

Did that and cleared the site and browser cache. Still no change.

How did you install in the first place? Did you upload the zip file and unzip it in place, or did you upload the files after unzipping them locally? The only other thing I can suggest is to upload the setup folder and try running the installer in upgrade mode, and perhaps upload the entire manager directory again.

What do your server's PHP error logs have to say? Do you see any Javascript errors in your browser's error console?
