Revo 2.2.x: TinyMCE Plugin/Custom Control

Is it possible to add your own listbox (or other control) to the resource editor's content field and/or user-created richtext-type TVs? I have a case where it would be very helpful to the client if elements (containing calls to chunks or snippets to render a special block of html) could be inserted via a custom editor control (with plain-language choices). For example, some of the content contains charts which need to be wrapped in a styled div, with the image itself thumbnailed via phpthumbof. Rather than the client needing to be taught how to place a call to the snippet that will handle this in the text, I'd rather they be able to choose "place Figure 1" from a listbox.
