Do search engines follow weblinks? I have a page that has the 'Hide From Menus' checkbox checked and a weblink on the menu (Wayfinder) to get to the page. Can I assume that the page can still be navigated to by the search engines to the main page through the weblink? Yes, I'm sure the page can be found anyway (no robots.txt files forbidding access to it) but I just want to make sure.
Thanks.
If they are not in the source googles robots don't reach them I guess.
If you use sitemap.xml and add this to google webmasters make sure it's not in there.
Evolution user, I like the back-end speed and simplicity

Google will crawl weblinks in a nav. If the page is reachable, even if 301 or 302 redirect. AFAIK, google bot tries to mimic human following links.
