I'm having an issue with phpThumbsUp. I've installed it successfully on several other installs of MODX, but this one is for some reason not working. I'm running MODX 2.2.10 with PHP 5.2.17 with both ImageMagick and GD installed. The server is running IIS 6.2 on Windows NT. I've also got Friendly URLs enabled.
Hello,
I could be mistaken, but I believe that phpThumbsUp requires PHP 5.3+, and at this point in time you should really be upgrading to PHP 5.4.x.
Could you check the PHP version on the other servers, or is this all on the same server?

Was unaware of that requirement; guess I need to read through the docs more thoroughly. Unfortunately, my host does not allow me to change the version of PHP to anything more specific than "5". Will get in touch with them and see if they can update to a version that works with this extra. If not, I guess I'm out of luck!
You might try this
http://rtfm.modx.com/extras/revo/phpthumbof
It just says it requires PHP 5.

I am trying to use phpthumbsup as a replacement for phpthumbof, as it is VERY inefficient with a lot of thumbnails on one page. Currently, I'm just using pthumb, but there were some attractive features of phpthumbsup I was hoping to use.
Yea, using PHP 5.2.x isn't recommended for security reasons, and many extras are leveraging features from PHP 5.3+. If your host doesn't allow you to upgrade you might want to consider switching hosts.
You should be using at least PHP 5.4.x now. Anyways, yea, gotta watch those requirements (
