ModX to Facebook

Is there a way to have posts in ModX automatically sent as an update to a Facebook Organization page?

Not 'out of the box' I'm afraid. However if you were to setup a RSS Feed for you site there are a number of services that will auto publish to your social media accounts:

I use hootsuite for this purpose and its very good + easy to setup.
