I see Iljas also forgot to merge handling "alias_visible" field from this commit:

MultiTV is already patched for jQuery 1.9/ManagerManager. Think there are not a lot jQuery scripts working in this manager frame. But you are right with 'Wasn't this a bit too late of a change coming to RC3?'

I think we also add packageManager in RC3 and then realise

Not really specific - we have a couple of new widgets and fixed/improved MM functions here and there, that couldn't be properly tested in time we planned the upgrade to 1.0.13 (hence my comment "too late for RC3").
What I really don't like is QuickMgr+ (used extensively on every our site) and MrgMgr using different version of jQuery, putting burden on every clients' browser cache.
