Wayfinder not showing path

Hello All,
I have a resource link in a Wayfinder menu which is not showing correctly. Instead of http://www.mysite/mygroup/page.html it shows http://www.mysite/#
Editing the page in manager and everything appears to be OK - it is published and all settings appear to be correct.
What could be causing this?

Have you put wf.link to href in anchor tag?
Make sure your resource has proper alias.

I have found the problem.

It appears that a resource must have an entry in the Content section to show the correct link in the menu. I had the page showing with just the template entries and nothing in 'Content' - placing even just a . in the content made it provide the link in the Wayfinder menu.
