I have successfully set up multi-languages site by following this tutorial

My dev site is located in my sub-folder like this
http://mysite.com/dev/
I set up 3 languages which are English (default) , Danish and Thai.
The problem is that any url that has 'thai' return 503 error. (Including its children). So I try to change Resource Alias not to have 'thai' on the URL. It works fine.
I suspect that it is because of Babel plugin that I installed. Any suggestion I should do in order to solve this problem?
P.S. I have enable friendly URL for my site.
