How to Hide Publicly Accessible Pages in the Manager

I can easily hide pages I don't want a content publisher to have access to, or the public by creating a "Locked" resource group and adding resources (pages) to them (i.e. a client doesn't want a blog and doesn't want to pay for a blog so we hide the blog pages in the site, activating them later should the need arise).

However, I'd love to be able to hide pages like the search results page and the less page we use for our .less processing but these have to function still publicly.

Is there a way to do that?

Just put them in a resource group and connect that resource group to a user group with a Resource Group Access ACL entry with context of 'mgr' and a policy of Resource).

Users who are not in that user group won't see them in the Manager, but they'll still show in the front end.
