Hi,
I've become this screen from my client. Modx manager looks contracted as you can see on a photo. No resource tree, only narrow block with scroll. It looks same way in different browsers, on different operating systems, on mobile device via another internet provider. Client says, he have tried everything.
I've purged cache, flushed sessions, permissions, etc. It didn't solve the problem.
The strangest thing, it looks just fine with the same login on my PC.
Try turning off the compress_js and compress_css system settings.
I'm leaning toward the cache. Be sure to clear the core/cache directory (via FTP), it's possible something got corrupt when loading. Clearing the cache in MODX doesn't clear everything on the server. If it's not the cache, then you may have a weird Plugin or the database needs repair.
If all else fails... reinstall MODX. Sometimes, I see people upgrade MODX and not overwrite all the files, making a mismatched hybrid of two versions. There appears to be a configuration check error on the dashboard which leads me to believe it was possibly updated recently (maybe leaving the "setup" folder in the directory) or there is an environment conflict.

I've figured out the problem! If I remove .htaccess, it works fine! If i use .htaccess, it works fine with www.site.name/manager, but not with site.name/manager
but I don't see anything wrong within .htaccess
Can it be provider issue?

That sounds like some the AJAX functions are getting requested with the wrong subdomain (domain.com vs www.domain.com). The .htaccess rules shouldn't even be applied to the Manager's index.php. You can enable the /manager/ .htaccess to turn off the rewrite engine for the Manager's index.php altogether. Your root-level .htaccess probably has some rewrite rules for changing domain.com to www.domain.com.

At the very top, try uncommenting the non-www to www redirect and setting your domain name. It should be set one way or the other.
