I would like to build a page with multiple divs as TVs, and have the manager add more as needed. For instance a page with boats for rent, where the manager could add more than one boat in separate divs/tvs as needed.
How do I do this?

There are several ways.
You can just use Resources, one Resource for each boat. This is the easiest way.
The listings could be done with getResources.
Or put them into a custom-table and have a Custom-Manager-Page to manage them.
The CMP could be created with help of MIGXdb.
The listings and Detail-views could be done for example with migxLoopCollection (included with MIGX)
or with the rowboat-snippet.
