[babel] Allow additional parameter on homepage

I have a problem with babel redirections. I need to call an additional parameter when calling pages, but babel seems to redirect my homepage by dropping this parameter. For example, mysite.com/it/home.html?param=test always returns to mysite.com/it/

Anyone know how to force the inclusion of this parameter?

Not to sure i fully understand the question, but
Can't you add a parameter in your .htaccess redirection ?

e.g. index.php?param=$1&cultureKey=$2&q=$3

I tried this :

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(en|it|mobile)?/?(.*)-(.*)$ index.php?param=$1&cultureKey=$2&q=$3 [L,QSA]

but it does not seem to work.
Does my regular expression is false?
