Trouble connecting via FTP

    Hi I am unable to connect to a new cloud development server via FTP. I am using the server and credentials at the bottom of the Cloud page SFTP, and it seems to be the username or password is not working. What's happening?

      Are you sure that you are using SFTP (port 22) rather than FTP (port 21)?

        Hi Sottwell,

        It appears that I cannot connect using SFTP unless I upgrade to a payed account. Thanks for your help.

          Remote Access
          Need remote access to your sites? We offer SFTP access for all plans. However, SSH access is only available on a paid plan.

          According to this, you should have SFTP, just not an SSH shell.
