24x5 support chance

    Hi

    Is there any chance to provide your help through the whole day. Because our office is in India. So for our daytime we didn’t get any support from you. We have to wait one day after posting[some times it became 2 or more]. If you start 24x5 support, it would be very helpful for us.

      We’re doing our best jurdygeorge, but the forums are probably not best for time sensitive requests. If you need urgent support the support tickets are for that.
