Hi,
I have created a user login for my client, and have restricted them to certain areas of MODX successfully. In the Files tab, they can only see the directory I have specified which is fine, however when they go to upload files, they always get a "Permission Denied" message.
It's not down to image size because it is on any size image, plus I can upload images using my main admin login.
I've been looking at the permissions list for the user for ages but can't see anything unticked and shouldn't be and visa versa.
Is anyone please able to offer any advice.

I would firstly check the mediasource permissions for that user. I always struggle with that as well.
